Would you like to talk to someone today? We are here.
No complicated forms and no judgement. You can reach out yourself, or a parent, friend or teacher can get in touch on your behalf.
Choose whichever is easiest for you
If your school is one of our partners, tell a teacher or the head that you would like to speak to a Kesho Mpya counselor.
A first conversation, unhurried
We will ask only a little about what is going on. You do not have to explain everything at once, and you will not be judged for anything you say.
From there we can arrange counseling sessions, a peer group, or a referral into specialist care if that is what helps — and our door stays open.
What you tell us stays between us. We share information outside Kesho Mpya only where someone's safety is at risk, and we will tell you before we do.
If you are in danger right now
Kesho Mpya is not an emergency service and is not staffed around the clock. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact your nearest emergency services or go to the closest health facility straight away.
